- Payment information — billing details processed securely through our payment provider; we do not store credit card numbers on our servers

- Xero integration — if you enable our Xero integration, accounting data is shared with Xero in accordance with their privacy policy
- Analytics providers — such as Meta Pixel for advertising analytics and site performance measurement
- Legal authorities — where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public
- Service providers — third parties that support our operations (e.g. email delivery, email marketing tools), bound by confidentiality obligations
Some of our third-party service providers may be located outside Australia. Where your personal information is disclosed to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps to ensure they comply with the APPs or are subject to comparable privacy protections.

Data you have entered on behalf of your clients (such as customer names, addresses, and job details) will be deleted along with your account. We do not retain copies beyond the retention period.

- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date personal information

This may apply to cloud hosting providers and analytics services. At the time of writing, our service provider infrastructure is hosted in Australia.
